About me

The title of this blog "settled in life" refers to a saying I heard growing up in a South Asian family. It typically refers to an adult who is employed, has a spouse, a house and perhaps some children. However, when you meet that criteria, your life is even more complicated than it was before.

In my view, being settled in life means living in harmony with the world around you. It means knowing how to earn income so you can be independent, and learning to live within that income to stay independent . It means getting educated in school, but then continually adding to that education to become a learned person.

I'll try to post topics that can be of use to people who come across my blog. That's all I have for now.
